Long-term Maintenance Plans
We perceive greenery maintenance as a continuous process and an integral part of the design, not as an afterthought. Already in the design phase, we take into account the future care of the territory so that it is functional, economically efficient, and sustainable in the long term.
We design strategic maintenance plans that reflect the development of vegetation over time, site conditions, and the real capabilities of the land manager. The goal is to set up a care system that ensures the stability, quality, and aesthetic value of the greenery without unnecessary costs and ineffective interventions.
We set up the plans to:
- optimize maintenance costs
- take into account the development of vegetation over time
- support the long-term stability and quality of greenery
- be realistically applicable for the land manager
The plans include:
- defining the intensity and frequency of maintenance for individual areas
- proposals for the management of trees, lawns, and plantings
- proposals for the gradual replacement of industrial fertilizers and sprays with organic (BIO) preparations, which can also be prepared under municipal conditions
- a schedule of work throughout the year
- recommendations for technical support and organization of maintenance
The result is a clear and applicable care system that allows the land manager to effectively manage the greenery and maintain its quality in the long term.
