Urban Planning
We do not perceive the landscape and greenery as a backdrop, but as a living medium that evolves over time and actively shapes the city, ecology, and quality of life.
Strategic territorial planning with an emphasis on ecological stability, functionality, and long-term sustainable development. We perceive our urban studies, plans, and landscape-planning concepts as the foundation for settlements where natural processes, blue-green infrastructure, and the needs of residents function in balance. In our designs, we apply a holistic approach to urban planning that connects spatial, ecological, technical, and social aspects into one functional whole. We integrate blue-green infrastructure and universal design principles across all design scales — from overall concepts to detailed solutions in the field. We do not work with individual elements in isolation, but perceive the city and the landscape as an interconnected system where water, greenery, soil, and people interact together. Our designs combine analytical landscape-ecological assessment with practical feasibility and long-term territorial management. We seek every solution in the context of the place, its limits, and its potential, emphasizing adaptation to climate change, water retention, biodiversity support, and increasing the overall ecological resilience of settlements. Our goal is to create concepts that are not just documents, but real, functioning tools for territorial development.
Services Offered
Master Plans
Strategic documents defining territorial development with an emphasis on functional land use, protection of natural values, and long-term sustainability. They serve as a framework for coordinated and balanced development of settlements.
Greenery Master Plans
Conceptual documents that define the greenery system as a whole – its structure, hierarchy, connections, and functions within the settlement. They enable systematic development of greenery as a key part of the urban environment.
TSES (Territorial System of Ecological Stability)
Design and optimization of ecological networks of the territory aimed at ensuring functional connection of biocentres and biocorridors and supporting biodiversity and ecological stability of the landscape.
Landscape-Ecological Concepts
Comprehensive analytical-design studies evaluating the landscape in terms of its natural conditions, limits, and potential for sustainable use and development.
Landscape Revitalization Designs
Solutions aimed at the restoration of degraded or unused areas to restore their ecological functions, improve the microclimate, water regime, and overall quality of the environment.
